Together in the Room. Individual in the Journey.
A small-group ketamine experience offers the quiet support of being with others while preserving the deeply personal nature of your journey.
During the medicine portion of the session, each participant turns inward, supported by carefully curated music, medical oversight, and the option to experience the Lucia No.3 light. You will not be expected to talk, interact, or disclose personal information while the session is underway.
Before the experience, individual coaching and a group preparation call help everyone arrive feeling informed, familiar, and supported. Afterward, private and group integration conversations provide space to reflect on what emerged—always with the freedom to share only what feels comfortable.
You may reserve a place in an upcoming group individually, or create a shared experience with two to four friends, family members, partners, or people you trust.
This is connection without pressure: a shared setting with space for every person’s individual experience.
More Than a Session. A Complete Supported Journey.
Your experience begins well before you enter the Ketamine Sanctuary and continues after you leave. Every stage is designed to help you feel prepared, supported, and better able to carry meaningful insights into your everyday life.
3. Group Preparation Gathering
Before the in-person session, all participants will meet by Zoom with the Peak Health team. You’ll have an opportunity to meet one another, understand what to expect, ask questions, and share an intention at whatever level feels comfortable.
This gathering helps create familiarity and trust before everyone arrives at the Sanctuary.
6. Group Integration and Reflection
Approximately one week after the experience, the group will reconnect by Zoom. This gathering provides space to discuss what has continued to unfold, share observations, learn from one another, and consider how the experience can support meaningful change in daily life.
You are always free to share only what feels comfortable.
4. The Ketamine Experience
Your small group will gather in the Ketamine Sanctuary for a medically supervised experience. Each participant will settle into their own inward journey with carefully curated music and the option to experience the Lucia No.3 light.
Although the setting is shared, your experience remains entirely your own.
A small-group setting can offer a meaningful sense of connection while allowing every participant to remain focused on their own personal journey.
Why Experience Ketamine in a Group?
Shared Intention
Connection Without Pressure
Thoughtful Preparation and Integration
A More Accessible Experience
There can be something powerful about entering an experience alongside others who are also seeking healing, clarity, growth, or meaningful change.
The quiet presence of others can create a sense of shared humanity without requiring you to disclose personal information or participate in traditional group therapy.
Individual coaching, a guided journal, and group conversations before and after the session help you approach the experience with intention and continue working with what emerges.
The small-group format makes a comprehensive, medically supervised ketamine experience more financially accessible than an individual private session.
Make the Journey With People You Trust
A small-group ketamine experience can be especially meaningful when shared with friends, family members, partners, or others who want to support one another through growth and change.
Your group may enter the experience with a shared theme or purpose while each person maintains their own private intention and inward journey. Preparation and integration create opportunities to connect, reflect, and learn from one another without requiring anyone to share more than feels comfortable.
Groups may choose to explore themes such as:
-
Navigating a shared transition
-
Letting go of old patterns
-
Deepening connection
-
Supporting one another through change
-
Grief, renewal, and new beginnings
-
Reconnecting after a difficult period
-
Establishing new intentions together
-
Personal and spiritual growth
Each private group may include two to four participants.
