Our New Website is Live

In case you missed the announcement, we have a new website and web address:

If you have our previous website bookmarked, don’t worry—you’ll continue to be redirected automatically for a while. We do recommend updating your bookmarks when you have a moment.

While our appearance has evolved, our mission remains the same:

Helping patients achieve better health through a personalized,

prevention-focused, physician-led approach that looks beyond symptoms and focuses on the whole person.

Our new website has been designed to make it easier to:

  • Learn about our services

  • Explore emerging therapies

  • Understand the Peak Health journey

  • Access educational resources

  • Schedule appointments

We invite you to look around and discover what’s new.

Explore the Peak Health Blog

One of the most exciting additions to our new website is the Peak Health Blog.

Our team is regularly publishing articles on topics that matter to our patients, including:

  • Longevity and healthy aging

  • Nutrition and metabolic health

  • Emerging peptide research

  • Ketamine-assisted therapy

  • Advanced laboratory testing and biomarkers

  • Mindfulness, recovery, and wellness strategies

  • Advances in plant-based medicine and the emerging future of healthcare

Our goal is simple:

To cut through the noise and provide practical, evidence-informed information that helps you make confident decisions about your health.

Whether you’re interested in optimizing your performance, improving your health, or simply staying informed about the latest developments in medicine, the blog is a great place to start.

A New Face Around Peak

Speaking of new additions, I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself.

My name is Raef Baard, and I’m excited to be joining the Peak Health team.

Some of you may already recognize me if you’ve participated in one of our ketamine experiences that incorporates the Lucia No. 3 light.

Over the coming months, I’ll be helping develop educational content, sharing health insights, highlighting exciting developments in medicine, and creating resources designed to help you stay informed and empowered on your journey toward optimal health.

If you’ve been curious about ketamine therapy or the Lucia Light experience, we’d be happy to answer your questions. These innovative therapies have helped many people explore new possibilities for healing, growth, and personal transformation.

Stay tuned—there’s much more to come.
